DON BOSCO MARRIAGE ENCOUNTER FOUNDATION
The Don Bosco Marriage Encounter Foundation (DBMEF) is a community of God-centered Catholic couples tasked to build their homes into little churches directed towards the evangelization of the community.
The DBMEF envisions Catholic families living full Christian lives in Christ. DBMEF hopes that Catholic families, guided by the Marriage Encounter spirituality, can find a renewed life in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Founded on March 26, 1993, the DBMEF started as the Good Shepherd Marriage Encounter Community-Mary Help of Christians-Area Based Apostolate Makati Chapter (GSMEC-MHC-ABA MAKATI) as a branch of a transparochial community in Quezon City. Later, it evolved, after being registered with the SEC, into the Don Bosco Marriage Encounter Foundation with the Mary Help of Christians as its patroness.
